Tyler T. Dugger
Tyler’s practice is extensively focused on civil litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in matters encompassing commercial, insurance, and tort/personal injury. In addition, Tyler devotes time to crafting business transaction agreements, estate planning, zoning and land use planning, and employment law.
Tyler was born and raised in Billings. In 2015, Tyler graduated from the University of Montana School of Law. Tyler also holds a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Concordia College.
Prior to joining Tolliver Law Firm, Tyler was a law clerk for the Honorable Russell C. Fagg in Billings, Montana. While in law school, Tyler was a Clinical Legal Intern for the Missoula County Attorney’s Office. While there, Tyler prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony offenses and took many cases successfully to trial.
In his free time, Tyler can be found golfing, reading, snowmobiling, skiing, and hunting.
Tyler enjoys being back in the community where he grew up, and he looks forward to a long career practicing law in the city of Billings.
